We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for all jewelry except:

Custom orders (engraving, size, choice of gemstone, metal, or finish)

Items purchased with discounts, except for the welcome offer
Important:

Any jewelry that is worn, damaged, or returned without its original packaging will not be accepted.

Each customer may make only one order cancellation per rolling year.

Any modification to an order renders it final.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover repair or replacement at no cost.
Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at contact@gemnat.com with your order number and reason for return.

Include a clear photo of the item in question.

After approval, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or repair, as applicable.
Processing Time
Returns and refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the jewelry.
You will be updated at every step of the process.
