Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for all jewelry except:

  • Custom orders (engraving, size, choice of gemstone, metal, or finish)

  • Items purchased with discounts, except for the welcome offer

Important:

  • Any jewelry that is worn, damaged, or returned without its original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Each customer may make only one order cancellation per rolling year.

  • Any modification to an order renders it final.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover repair or replacement at no cost.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@gemnat.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Include a clear photo of the item in question.

  3. After approval, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or repair, as applicable.


Processing Time

Returns and refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the jewelry.
You will be updated at every step of the process.
