Care & Warranty
We recommend gently cleaning your jewelry with a soft brush, mild soap, and lukewarm water to remove skin oils, creams, or dirt.
Yes. All GEMNAT creations come with a 6-month warranty when purchased directly through our website.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. Each piece sent for repair is subject to a quality inspection before being accepted under warranty.
