RING SIZE AND RING SIZER
To help you find your ring size, Gemnat offers several simple and quick solutions.

Measure a Ring with a Ring Sizer
Using a ring sizer is probably the most accurate method for measuring your ring size. It's a plastic or metal tool, often available for purchase online or at jewelry stores. Simply slide your finger into the various available sizes until you find the one that fits perfectly.

Measure a Ring with a Paper Ring Sizer
If you don't have a ring sizer, you can easily print one at full scale.

To use it, place the ring you want to measure on the printed ring sizer.
Align the ring with the circles on the sizer until you find the one that exactly matches the inside of your ring.

Measure a Ring with a Tape Measure or Thread
If you don't have a ring sizer on hand, a simple tape measure or thread can do the trick. Wrap the tape around the base of your finger, where you want to wear the ring. Make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight. Once you have the measurement, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler. You can then use a conversion chart to find your exact ring size based on the circumference of your finger.
Don’t worry! If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, the first resize is on us.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT RING SIZE
If you have short, rather thick fingers: avoid rings with flat or very thin bands, and opt instead for bands of medium width.
If you have long, strong fingers: avoid very thin bands and favor wider bands, which will suit your finger size better.
If you have long, slender fingers: you’re in luck — almost any ring style will fit you, so enjoy!
Note: In summer or at high altitudes, fingers can swell due to heat or pressure. Fingers also tend to be slightly larger in the morning than in the evening. Make sure your fingers are not too swollen when measuring your ring size!
Finally, for extra comfort, don’t hesitate to order your Gemnat ring in a half-size larger so it remains comfortable under changing temperatures and conditions.

FAQ
Yes, this is a very common method. You can measure the inner diameter of a ring you regularly wear to deduce your size. Make sure the ring matches your finger size.
The average ring size for women generally ranges between 50 and 54, but this can vary based on individual body types.
For men, the average ring size is usually between 60 and 64, but again, this depends on the individual.
No, men's and women's ring sizes are often measured on different scales, with specific systems for each gender. However, there are tools and conversion tables to switch from one scale to another.
The best method is to discreetly find a ring they already wear and measure its inner diameter.
If the ring is too small, you’ll struggle to get it over your finger, and it might get stuck. If it’s too big, it will slide off easily and move around on your finger, causing discomfort.
At Gemnat, we offer a free resizing service within 30 days of delivery.
If you ordered the wrong size or want to wear the ring on a different finger, you may need a resizing. We offer free resizing within 30 days of delivery. After this period, resizing may incur a fee, depending on the type of ring.
In some cases—such as a significant size change or resizing an eternity ring—we may need to remake the ring entirely. Please consider this when selecting your size.
Our expert jewelers take every precaution to ensure the resizing process maintains the ring’s quality and durability. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!
